Katie Did Art is operated by Katie Goodbourn in Perth, Western Australia. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit www.katiedidart.com, make a purchase or contact me.

When you place an order or contact me, I collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details and messages.
The website and its service providers may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and information about how you use the site.

Your information is used to process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, provide order updates, answer enquiries, resolve problems, maintain business records and help keep the website secure.
Service providers
Information needed to operate the shop and fulfil orders is shared with relevant service providers, including:
• Wix, which hosts the website and online store.
• Stripe, which processes payments and helps prevent fraud.
• Gelato and its production and delivery partners, which print and fulfil art print orders.
• Delivery providers where needed to deliver your purchase.
Payment card details are processed through Stripe. I do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Overseas processing
These providers operate internationally, so your information may be stored or processed outside Australia. The locations involved depend on the provider and, for print orders, where production and delivery take place. Further information is available in Wix’s, Stripe’s and Gelato’s privacy policies.

Marketing emails
Katie Did Art does not currently offer a newsletter signup. Placing an order does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
If a newsletter is introduced, you will be offered a choice to subscribe and a way to unsubscribe. Order and customer-service messages are separate from marketing emails.
Keeping your information
Personal information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil orders, provide support, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy enquiries
