These terms apply to purchases from Katie Did Art, operated by Katie Goodbourn in Perth, Western Australia. Please read them alongside the Shipping, Refund and Privacy Policies.

Artwork and prints

Each product listing specifies whether you are buying an original artwork or an art print, together with its dimensions and materials.

​

Art prints are flat reproductions of original artworks. Painted textures and raised elements visible in the image are reproduced in print; the print itself does not have those raised elements.

Frames, mounts and styling accessories shown in photographs are not included unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Images and colours

Product images aim to represent the artwork accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and the printing process. This does not affect your rights if an item is materially different from its description.

Prices and payment

Please review the product price, shipping charges, currency and total at checkout before placing your order. Payment is processed through Stripe using the methods available at checkout.

Orders and changes

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and check your chosen items before ordering.

​

If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@katiedidart.com as soon as possible. Prints are made to order, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

If an item becomes unavailable and I cannot fulfil your order, I will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item and any associated delivery charges.

Delivery and collection

Delivery options, charges and arrangements are explained in the Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Original artworks currently have free local delivery within approximately 50 km of Perth, Western Australia, or collection by arrangement. Please contact me before ordering if you are unsure whether your address qualifies.

Returns and consumer rights

Please refer to the Refund Policy for information about returns and problems with your order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

Copyright

Copyright in the artwork remains with Katie Goodbourn. Purchasing an original artwork or print transfers ownership of the physical item, not its copyright.

You may display or give your purchased item as a gift. Reproducing the artwork or using it on merchandise or in commercial materials requires prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

​

Updates and contact

These terms may be updated for future purchases. The terms in place when you order apply to that purchase.
