When Life Gives You Sardines pairs two hand-sculpted sardines with juicy yellow lemons, tiny white flowers and a fresh turquoise background. Inspired by vintage food packaging and sun-soaked Mediterranean markets, it’s a playful celebration of colour, pattern and the humble tin of fish.

Part of The Sardine Society — a collection of original mixed-media artworks celebrating the wonderfully colourful world of tinned fish. Each piece combines hand-painted details with individually sculpted clay sardines, giving every tin its own character and personality.
